About Us

The professionals at JanTech Staffing Services, Inc.  posses over 40 years of recruiting experience.  The founder and President, Jan Lange, has extensive experience in the technical field as an employee, a trainer and a recruiter.  She has worked as a Technical Recruiter, Manufacturing Supervisor, Staffing Manager and Technical Training Manager.  With hands-on experience and training, Jan became the operations and staffing manager of one of the largest technical staffing firms in Dallas.  As she gained more knowledge and experience, and incorporated new ideas, she started her own business.  The result — a staffing firm with better customer service, training and employee screening was established.
