Temp-to-Hire:     There are also advantages to hiring an employee direct after a 90-day/520 hour probationary period. Any time after 90 days, a temporary employee may be converted to a direct employee without any additional cost to the employer.  We offer you a true “Try Before You Buy” evaluation.

Contract:               If  you need extra personnel to complete that project on time and under budget, JanTech can provide the professionals for the length of time to fit your timeline.  When the project is complete, so is the assignment.
